A Jart 3d printed.

Decided to print a Jart, which is a bit of an iconic slope soarer, very hard to get hold of but found this print file JART 3D. Made a start with the P1S going well at the moment using matt PLA, no failures as yet.

Finished all the flying surfaces on the Jart  with no issues.

The quality of the finish is very good, I'm using Bambu's own PLA Matte, and their own slicer setting's for it, which look to work pretty well. The hinge is made by masking off the grove, filling with silicon and then snapping the solid in fill between the 2 halves. There's quite a bit of carbon rod required so I need to measure up and order enough, probably in the new year. I've got plenty of carbon, but it's never the right size or long enough 🤷🏻 are well doing my bit for carbon sequestration.

The fuselage is stuck together now to get on with the wings.

The Jart is finnished and is awaiting it's maiden flight. It's not the lightest so will need a go blow on a decent slope to get it going.
